Abstract
Cloacal exstrophy is an extremly rare and curious anomaly that involves not only the genitourinary system but also the intestinal tract, resulted from the abnormaly large cloacal membrane and its early dehiscence. The authors experienced a case of cloacal exstrophy in one day old neonate whose intestine and bladder were exstrophied and showed omphalocele, imperforated anus and meningocele. Radiologic examination revealed widely separated symphysis pubic bone and spina bifida. A brief review of related literatures was made.
