- Abstract
- A narrow QRS paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia is a common dysrrhythmia and medical emergency in childhood.
We experienced a case of broad QRS type paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia which was induced by transesophageal pacing technique and the morphology of the QRS complex was similar to that of ventricular tachycardia.
So, We report this with a brief review and its related literatures.
