Abstract
1)A case of malignant pleural effusion (or hemothorax) due to hemangioendothelioma was reported and reviewed it's cause, mechanism, pathogenesis & treatments. 2)Malignant spontaneous hemothorax wth hemangioendothelioma was treated with repeated thoracenthesis and deep radiation therapy.
