Abstract
Multicystic dysplastic kidney is the most frequent cause of abdominal mass in the neonate. It is frequently associated with contralateral genitourinary tract abnormalities and the most common abnormality is vesicoureteral reflux. Renal artery aneurysm is very rare in the children. Furthermore the case associated with the renal artery aneurysm has not been reported yet. We experienced a case of the left renal artery aneurysm associated with ipsilateral dysplastic kidney in a lO-month-old boy, who has asymptomatic microscopic hematuria and proteinuria. Diagnosis was made by ultrasonogram of the kidney, abdominal CT scan, DMSA and renal arteriography. The review of literatures was made briefly.
Key Words: Dysplastic kidney, Renal artery aneurysm, Proteinuria
