This report presents a 30 days old Korean female infant who had Ellis-van Creveld Syndrome. She showed the multiple anomalies, such as Chondrodysplasia, Ectodermal dysplasia, Polydactyly, Congenital heart disease and Obliteration of labiogingival sulcus. She expired at 10 months of age.
