The present report described the cytogenetic findings in 273 cases under the age of 15 years who were suspected as having chromosomal abnormalities clinically. A clinical observation was performed on patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia who were treated by exchange transfusion, and following results were obtained. A neonate weighing 960 gm with undetermined sex was born after 32 weeks of gestation. The baby had multiple abnormalities such as fused lower extremities, abcence of the anus and external genitalia, meningomyelocele, right anortia, anomalous ribs, pulmonary hypoplasia, renal agenesis and rectal agenesis. We experienced a case of Leukemia Cutis in 14 year old female who had acute myelocytic Leukemia. She had erythematous macules on the buttock and extremities. Diagnosis was made by clinical, peripheral blood, bone marrow examination and skin biopsy. The skin biopsy finding showed malignant cell infiltrations. The skin lesions were improved by antileukemic chemotherapy. The relevant literature was reviewed.
