A case of surgically corrected congenital Bochdalek’s hernia is reported. A 2 months old male baby was admitted with chief complaints of dyspnea, cyanosis and vomiting. The diagnosis was confirmed by physical finding of audible peristaltic sounds on the left chest and radiological characteristics. The hernia was successfully corrected by operation. The review of literature is made briefly.
