A Case of Chronic Atrial Tachycardia

A case of chronic atrial tachycardia in a 1 1 year and 10 month-old boy is reported. The patient was admitted with the chief complaints of palpitation and chest discomfort Tachycardia persisted till discharge but subjective symptoms were disappeared. Digitalis therapy provoked partial AV block and decreased ventricular rate. Auricular rate was also slightly decreased. The review of literature was made briefly.
Three Cases of Juveile Diabetes Mellitus . Occurring in Siblings

This paper presents 3 cases of Juvenile diabetes mellitus occurreed in 3 out of 5 siblings, who were 11,10 and 9 year old respectively. The diagnosis was confirmed by oral glucose tolerance tests in Case I and II. Either familial tendency of diabetes melltus or other genetic disorder in their family were not informed. Brief reviews of literatures are added.
A Case of Infantile Cortical Hyperostosis

Authors experienced a 3 months old male infant having a infatile cortical hyperostosis in the both mandible, right clavicle, left radius, right ulna, both femura and tibiae. The diagnosis was established by typical clinical findings and radiological evidence. Literature reviews were also made briefly.

Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria is an uncommon skin disease which is manifest at birth or in infancy. It is characterized by blister formation occuring spontaneously or after friction or slight trauma. Recently, we experienced a case of epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria in one day old newborn infant, who was developed bullae on the neck, abdomen, both extremities and buttock. A Case of Pulmonary Paragonimiasis with Ectopic Parasitism

The authors experienced a case of pulmonary paragonimiasis with ectopic parasitism in a 12 year old male with a complaint of diffuse soft tissuse swelling of the left hand. The diagnosis was comfirmed by laboratory, radiological and biopsy findings. . A brief review of literature is included.
