Disseminated Aspergillosis(An Autopsy Case of a Child with Liver Cirrhosis)

An autopsy case of disseminated aspergillosis in a 11 years and 9 months old Korean male has been reported. The patient was managed with broad spectrum antibiotics through the hospital stays of two times for liver cirrhosis.
