Purpose : Recurrent abdominal pain (RAP) in children is similar to nonulcer dyspepsia of adult. Recently, microscopic inflammation and Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection have been suggested as possible causes of nonulcer dyspepsia in adults.
