Only IgG anti-A, or Anti-B cross the placenta and are responsible for the occurrence of ABO
hemolytic disease of newbom(HDN). We have conducted the role of IgG anti-A or anti-B in mothers
to occurrence and severity of the disease with were related to the level of antibodies in pathogenesis
of ABO-HDN.
