Cryptococcosis is a subacute or chronic mycotic infection caused by cryptococcus neoformans. The authors experienced one case of disseminated cryptococcosis on autopsy involving central nervous system, lung, liver, kidney, skin and vertebral body in 18month old male patient whose chief complaints were cough, fever and dyspnea.
