We experienced a case of Lacquer-Thinner intoxication in a 14 month old male infant who s uffered from aspiration pneumonia, gastrointestinal bleeding, acute hepatitis, acute renal failure, respiratory failure, disseminated intravascular coagulopathy, and focal myoclonic seizure. Sacrococcygeal teratoma is a rare tumor, it occurs once in every 40,000 live births. Most of the reported cases appear in female infant (M:F=1:4). Beals syndrome, congenital contractural arachnodactyly (CCA), is an autosomal dominant disorder of connective tissue sharing many of the clinical manifestations of Marfan's syndrome, characterized by congenital joint contractures, crumpled ears, arachnodactyly (dolichostenomelia), kyphoscoliosis, and autosomal dominant inheritance.
