1) Out of 6 cases of empyema which were seen in our departmant during the past 6 months, 5 cases were due to coagulase positive staphylococci. 2)The results of the sensitivity tests which were done on the 190 strains of
coagulase positive staphylococci which were isolated from various clinical materials from November 1956 to April 1958 are as follow
