Basement membrane nephropathy is regarded as a separate disease entity recently by many
authors. We have experienced a case of Thin Basement Membrane Nephropathy in a 4 years old
female patient. The Glomerular Basement Membrane is thinned out measuring 1,000 A to 1,400 A.
thickness having smooth inner and outer contour. In addition to the case report, a review of recent
literatures were discussed.
