A case of Letterer-Siwe disease in 1 4/12 year old boy manifesting all of the classic signs described by Siwe-hepatosplenomegaly, swelling of the lymph nodes, bleeding tendency, hypochromic anemia, fever and osseous lesions is presented. Two cases of primary hepatoma in childhood

Two cases of hepatoma has been reported. The diagnosis was estabEshed by clinical, laboratory, X-ray, and pathological findings. One, 8 year old male, had died about 2 month later from the development of symptoms and others, 17 month old male had lived more than one year after right lobectomy. Brief review of literatures on hepatoma was done.
